目的检测新生儿窒息血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、超敏C-反应蛋白( hs-CRP)水平变化。方法分别选取窒息新生儿48例和16名正常新生儿,采用免疫比浊法检测血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C3和hs-CRP的水平。结果新生儿窒息组与正常对照组C3和IgG差异无统计学意义( P >0.05), IgA 、IgM和hs-CRP两组差异有统计学意义( P <0.01);轻度窒息组和重度窒息组患儿血清IgG、hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义( P <0.01),而血清IgA、IgM、C3水平差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论新生儿窒息可使机体血清IgA、IgM水平下降,hs-CRP水平升高,对IgG影响不大;新生儿窒息程度与IgG、hs-CRP有一定关系。

Objective: To detect the levels of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and hs-CRP in neonatal asphyxia .Methods:forty-eight cases of neonatal asphyxia and sixteen controls were concluded in this study. Immunoturbidimetric method was used to detect the serum levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and hs-CRP. Results: There was no statistical difference in C3 and IgG (P ﹥ 0.05), but IgM, IgA and hs-CRP were significantly different between the two groups (P < 0. 01).Serum IgG and hs-CRP were statistically significant between mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group ( P < 0. 01).There was no statistically difference in serum IgA, IgM and C3 ( P ﹥ 0.05). Conclusions: The levels of serum IgA and IgM decreased in neonatal asphyxia, while the level of hs-CRP increased. Neonatal asphyxia had little effect on serum IgG. The degree of neonatal asphyxia was related to the levels of serum IgG and hs-CRP.
