设计了新型带材铸轧机,通过四连杆机构对带材铸轧机进行倾斜角度调整,实现机架的倾动,以满足带材铸轧机在0~30°范围内任意倾斜角度的铸轧。该带材铸轧机的铸轧辊与传动系统和浇注系统的对接问题的成功解决为铸轧机进行倾斜角度调整提供了保障。同时该带材铸轧机克服传统带材铸轧机的缺陷,集换辊方便、铸轧速度快、铸轧带材质量高、方便于检修和调试等优势于一身,可以满足不同合金在铸轧过程中所需要的最佳铸轧倾斜角度,以实现快速、高质量的带材铸轧。
設計瞭新型帶材鑄軋機,通過四連桿機構對帶材鑄軋機進行傾斜角度調整,實現機架的傾動,以滿足帶材鑄軋機在0~30°範圍內任意傾斜角度的鑄軋。該帶材鑄軋機的鑄軋輥與傳動繫統和澆註繫統的對接問題的成功解決為鑄軋機進行傾斜角度調整提供瞭保障。同時該帶材鑄軋機剋服傳統帶材鑄軋機的缺陷,集換輥方便、鑄軋速度快、鑄軋帶材質量高、方便于檢脩和調試等優勢于一身,可以滿足不同閤金在鑄軋過程中所需要的最佳鑄軋傾斜角度,以實現快速、高質量的帶材鑄軋。
