目的调查大连市2010-2012年饮服行业从业人员梅毒感染现状。方法采用环状片测试法(TRUST)进行初筛，阳性者采用梅毒螺旋体血球凝集试验(TPPA)进行确诊。结果饮服行业从业人员梅毒抗体阳性率明显高于全人群传染病报告的梅毒发病率。不同性别、不同年龄、不同行业的抗体阳性率呈显著差异。结论由于存在着大量隐性梅毒，梅毒的筛查尤显重要。
목적조사대련시2010-2012년음복행업종업인원매독감염현상。방법채용배상편측시법(TRUST)진행초사，양성자채용매독라선체혈구응집시험(TPPA)진행학진。결과음복행업종업인원매독항체양성솔명현고우전인군전염병보고적매독발병솔。불동성별、불동년령、불동행업적항체양성솔정현저차이。결론유우존재착대량은성매독，매독적사사우현중요。
Objective: To know the current syphilis infection rate of employees in Dalian service trades from 2010 to 2012. Methods: The employees were screened for syphilis with TRUST(Rapid plasma reagin)firstly, then the positive samples were diagnosed definitely with TPPA (Treponema pallidum particle agglutination). Results: The positive rate of syphilis antibody in service trades was obviously higher than the whole drove. There were significant differences between different genders, ages and trades. Conclusion: It is very important to screen the syphilis.
