目的观察儿童白内障术后早期糖皮质激素球周注射及阿托品眼膏散瞳治疗的有效性和安全性。方法本文为回顾性病例系列研究。将我科23例儿童白内障均采用超声乳化吸除联合后囊膜连续环形撕开联合前部玻璃体切割术，术毕及术后早期球周注射糖皮质激素及阿托品眼膏涂眼，观察前部葡萄膜反应。结果23例儿童白内障术后早期前房可见纤维渗出3例（3/23），虹膜后粘连1例（1/23），后发性白内障1例（1/23），无瞳孔膜闭及人工晶体夹持。结论儿童白内障术后早期球周注射及阿托品眼膏散瞳的特殊治疗方法是安全有效的，值得在临床上推广应用。

목적관찰인동백내장술후조기당피질격소구주주사급아탁품안고산동치료적유효성화안전성。방법본문위회고성병례계렬연구。장아과23례인동백내장균채용초성유화흡제연합후낭막련속배형시개연합전부파리체절할술，술필급술후조기구주주사당피질격소급아탁품안고도안，관찰전부포도막반응。결과23례인동백내장술후조기전방가견섬유삼출3례（3/23），홍막후점련1례（1/23），후발성백내장1례（1/23），무동공막폐급인공정체협지。결론인동백내장술후조기구주주사급아탁품안고산동적특수치료방법시안전유효적，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To evaluate the effectivity and safety of periocular injections of glucocorticoid and use of atropine ointment at the early stage of postcataract in childhood cataracts.Methods: This aticle is retrospective research. Phaco and posterior capsular tear ring and a joint front vitrectomy were used in 23 childhood cataracts.At the early stage of the postocataract ,the children were treated with periocular injections of glucocorticoid and atropine ointment .The reactions of the anterior uveal tract were recorded at the same time.Results: Of the 23 childhood cataracts,fibroid exdution was occurred in 3(3/23),posterior synechia was occurred in 1(1/23),after cataract was occurred in 1(1/23),occulusion of pupil was not occurred at the early stage of the postcataract.Coclusion: Periocular injections of glucocorticoid and use of atropine ointment at the early stage of postcataract in childhood cataracts are safe and effective ,this method is deserved to used widly .
