目的探讨益母草注射液与缩宫素联合应用预防产后出血的疗效。方法将在我院经阴道自然分娩产妇400例，随机平均分为两组，对照组产后仅给缩宫素。研究组给予益母草注射液+缩宫素，分别观察产后出血量、子宫复旧、用药前后血压变化并进行比较。结果研究组产后出血量明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)，研究组子宫复旧程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。研究组用药前后血压比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论益母草与催产素联合应用，能很好地预防产后出血，且用药方便、安全。
목적탐토익모초주사액여축궁소연합응용예방산후출혈적료효。방법장재아원경음도자연분면산부400례，수궤평균분위량조，대조조산후부급축궁소。연구조급여익모초주사액+축궁소，분별관찰산후출혈량、자궁복구、용약전후혈압변화병진행비교。결과연구조산후출혈량명현소우대조조(P＜0.05)，연구조자궁복구정도명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。연구조용약전후혈압비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론익모초여최산소연합응용，능흔호지예방산후출혈，차용약방편、안전。
Objective To investigate the effect of motherwort injection and oxytocin combined application of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods In our hospital, 400 cases of maternal vaginal, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group only given oxytocin postpartum. Study group was given motherwort injection and oxytocin were observed before and after the quantity, compare, involution of uterus, medication changes in blood pressure and postpartum hemorrhage. Results In the study group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the study group involution of uterus was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05). Study groups were not statistically significant difference before and after treatment of blood pressure (P > 0.05). Conclusion Herba Leonuri combined with oxytocin, can better prevent postpartum hemorrhage, and convenient in use, safe.
