目的了解碘伏消毒膏使用安全性。方法采用动物实验分别进行了急性经口毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和皮肤粘膜刺激试验。结果小鼠经口半数致死量(LD50)雌雄均>5000mg/kg体重，属实际无毒级；小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性，对家兔皮肤刺激、眼刺激指数均为0，均属无刺激性；阴道黏膜刺激指数为1.5，属极轻刺激性。结论该消毒膏具有使用安全性。
목적료해전복소독고사용안전성。방법채용동물실험분별진행료급성경구독성시험、소서골수기다염홍세포미핵시험화피부점막자격시험。결과소서경구반수치사량(LD50)자웅균>5000mg/kg체중，속실제무독급；소서골수기다염홍세포미핵시험위음성，대가토피부자격、안자격지수균위0，균속무자격성；음도점막자격지수위1.5，속겁경자격성。결론해소독고구유사용안전성。
Objective To find out the safety of iodophor disinfection gel. Methods Animal experiments were conducted acute oral toxicity, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus tests and skin and mucous membrane irritation tests. Results The acute oral LD50 of iodophor disinfection gel was >5000mg/kg body weight, the disinfection gel is actually non-toxic substance. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus tests was negative. The irritation index for rabbit skin and eye were zero while that of the vagina was 1.5. Conclusion The results indicate that the iodophor disinfection gel is safe to use.
