目的建立甘和茶定性、定量的检验方法。方法对甘和茶成方制剂中桔梗、山楂和岗梅药材进行薄层色谱定性鉴别;采用高效液相法对黄芩药材进行含量测定;流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(48∶52);检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:35℃。结果薄层色谱专属性强,方法可行;黄芩苷:平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.96%(n=6),在10.0625~402.5000μg之间呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=27.583x+86.058,R2=0.9999(n=7)。结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,可作为提高甘和茶质量标准提供依据。

Objective The purpose is To establish Qualitative and Quantitative test Methods for Ganhecha. Method We use the TLC qualitative identification method to identify Platycodonis Radix, Crataegi Fructus and Et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae Radix. We use the HPLC method to determine the content of Scutellariae Radix. Mobile phase: Methanol - 0.4%Phosphoric acid (48: 52); Detection wavelength: 280 nm; Flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; Column temperature: 35℃. Results: The TLC identification method is specific and feasible. For the Baicalin, the average recovery is 99.20%, RSD = 0.96% (n =6). In the range of 10.0625~402.5000μg, it shows a good linear relationship and the regression equation is Y=27.583x+86.058,R2=0.9999(n=7). Conclusion The Methods we use are simple, accurate and specific. We can use these methods to control the quality of Ganhecha.
