目的：探讨费用调适护理在血液透析患者社会支持中的应用效果。方法选取血液透析患者66例随机将其分为对照组和实验组各33例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上制定并实施费用调适护理，比较2组治疗依从性、放弃治疗情况、自杀率、生活质量和社会回归率。结果对照组的治疗依从性、社会支持得分和社会回归率低于对照组。结论费用调适护理有利于解决血液透析者的经济之忧；有利于提高患者生活质量和社会回归率。
목적：탐토비용조괄호리재혈액투석환자사회지지중적응용효과。방법선취혈액투석환자66례수궤장기분위대조조화실험조각33례。대조조채용상규호리，실험조재대조조적기출상제정병실시비용조괄호리，비교2조치료의종성、방기치료정황、자살솔、생활질량화사회회귀솔。결과대조조적치료의종성、사회지지득분화사회회귀솔저우대조조。결론비용조괄호리유리우해결혈액투석자적경제지우；유리우제고환자생활질량화사회회귀솔。
Objective To study the effect of cost adjustment in social support of patients with blood purification .Methods Sixth-six patients with blood purification were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 33) and control group (n= 33) .The control group was given routine nursing care .The experimental group was given cost adjustment on the base of the control group . The treatment compliance ,giving up treatment rate ,dutch act rate ,quality of life and social return rate of 2 groups were compared .Results The treatment compliance ,giving up treatment rate , dutch act rate ,quality of life and social return rate in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group .Conclusion Cost adjustment nursing is helpful to solve the economic worries of patients with blood purification ,and it can improve the quality of life and social regression rate .
