目的：观察普通卫生纸在预防袖带压疮中的效果。方法将100例持续外周血压监测的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组每2 h松开袖带缓解压力，定时清洁局部皮肤；观察组采用普通卫生纸将患者测量部位缠绕2周，再将测量袖带缠绕在卫生纸外围进行持续测量。结果观察组皮肤完好无损，无1例发生袖带压疮。结论普通卫生纸能有效预防持续外周血压监测患者的袖带压疮。
목적：관찰보통위생지재예방수대압창중적효과。방법장100례지속외주혈압감측적환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각50례。대조조매2 h송개수대완해압력，정시청길국부피부；관찰조채용보통위생지장환자측량부위전요2주，재장측량수대전요재위생지외위진행지속측량。결과관찰조피부완호무손，무1례발생수대압창。결론보통위생지능유효예방지속외주혈압감측환자적수대압창。
Objective To observe the effect of the toilet paper in the prevention of the pressure ulcer induced by the cuff .Method One hundred patients who needed the continued peripheral blood pressure detection were randomly divided into control group (n=50)and observation group(n=50) .The control group was loosen the cuff to relieve the pressure every two hours ,and cleaned the local skin at regular time .The observation group was winded twice times around the measurement part by the ordinary toilet paper ,and then the cuff winded around the periphery of the toilet paper to achieve the continued detection . Results No patient in the observation group occurred pressure ulcer induced by the cuff .Conclusion The ordinary toilet paper could effectively prevent pressure ulcer caused by cuff of the patient who needed the continued peripheral blood pressure detection .
