目的调查分析我院肺部感染目标治疗与全程经验用药治疗效果的比较。方法采用回顾性调查分析的方法，比较全程经验治疗组(无病原学检查阳性结果)与目标治疗组(有病原学检查阳性结果)在感染控制率和合理用药评价等指标进行比较。结果目标治疗组对肺部感染控制率较高，用药较合理。结论目标治疗对提高肺部感染疾病治疗成功率具有明显指导的意义。

Objective To investigate our hospital lung infection target treatment and the whole experience of drug treatment effect comparison. Methods A retrospective survey analysis, compare full experience of the treatment group (non-pathogenic examination positive results) and the target treatment group the (pathogenic examination of positive results) in the rate of infection control and rational drug use evaluation indicators for comparison. Outcome targets for the treatment group, a higher rate of lung infection control, medication is more reasonable. Conclusion The goal of treatment is to improve lung infection treatment success rate obvious significance guidance.
