目的探讨孕妇产前筛查丙型肝炎抗体的临床价值。方法采用时间分辨荧光仪对2010～2012年在本院做产前筛查的孕产妇做丙型肝炎总抗体的检测，统计分析孕产妇丙型肝炎的感染率。结果在5620例孕产妇筛查出丙型肝炎抗体的阳性率为1.01%，其中2010年的阳性率为1.14%，2011年的阳性率为1.12%，2012年的阳性率为0.79%，同时发现有1例通过了母婴传播。结论孕产妇感染丙型肝炎已经开始呈逐年下降的趋势，在分娩前对孕产妇进行丙型肝炎检测能够及早发现阳性患者，对预防和控制母婴传播具有重要的临床价值。
목적탐토잉부산전사사병형간염항체적림상개치。방법채용시간분변형광의대2010～2012년재본원주산전사사적잉산부주병형간염총항체적검측，통계분석잉산부병형간염적감염솔。결과재5620례잉산부사사출병형간염항체적양성솔위1.01%，기중2010년적양성솔위1.14%，2011년적양성솔위1.12%，2012년적양성솔위0.79%，동시발현유1례통과료모영전파。결론잉산부감염병형간염이경개시정축년하강적추세，재분면전대잉산부진행병형간염검측능구급조발현양성환자，대예방화공제모영전파구유중요적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal screening for antibody to hepatitis C. Methods Time-resolved lfuorescence spectrometer detection of total antibodies to hepatitis C, 2010-2012 maternal prenatal screening in our hospital statistical analysis of maternal hepatitis C infection rates. Results 5620 cases of maternal screening hepatitis C antibody positive rate was 1.01%, the positive rate was 1.14%in 2010 and 2011, the positive rate was 1.12%, the positive rate was 0.79%in 2012, while one cases through mother-to-child transmission. Conclusion Maternal infection with hepatitis C has begun a declining trend, before delivery of maternal detection of hepatitis C positive patients early detection, prevention and control of mother-to-child transmission has important clinical value.
