目的探讨基底节脑出血开颅手术与钻颅抽吸治疗的效果对比。方法本次研究选择的对象共80例，对照组40例行开颅血肿清除术，观察组40例采用钻颅细吸术。结果两组GCS评分无明显差异，MESSS评分无明显差异，对照组死亡3例，占7.5%，对照组死亡4例，占10%，两组比较无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论基底节脑出血开颅手术与钻颅抽吸治疗效果无明显差别，临床需依据患者的病情对术式进行合理选择。
목적탐토기저절뇌출혈개로수술여찬로추흡치료적효과대비。방법본차연구선택적대상공80례，대조조40례행개로혈종청제술，관찰조40례채용찬로세흡술。결과량조GCS평분무명현차이，MESSS평분무명현차이，대조조사망3례，점7.5%，대조조사망4례，점10%，량조비교무명현차이（P＞0.05）。결론기저절뇌출혈개로수술여찬로추흡치료효과무명현차별，림상수의거환자적병정대술식진행합리선택。
Objective To investigate the surgical operation for intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia and aspiration by drilling cranium treatment effect comparison. Method The object of this study is to choose a total of 80 cases, the control group of 40 cases of craniotomy evacuation of hematoma, 40 cases of observation group with cranial drilling ifne aspiration. Results The two groups had no signiifcant difference in GCS scores, MESSS scores showed no difference in control group, 3 cases of death, accounting for 7.5%, control group 4 cases of death, accounting for 10%, no signiifcant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There was no signiifcant difference between the surgical operation for intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia and aspiration by drilling cranium therapeutic effect, clinical should according to the patient's illness on operation for reasonable choice.
