目的探讨手术治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法对本组50例患者临床采用内固定和解剖复位手术治疗。结果通过对本组54例患者随访10~20个月，并根据疗效评价的评分标准进行评分其结果为：32例为优占64%，11例为良，占22%，6例为可，占12%，差1例，占2%，优良率为86%。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折不仅能够有效恢复踝关节功能，并且并发症少，临床效果显著。

목적탐토수술치료과관절골절적림상료효。방법대본조50례환자림상채용내고정화해부복위수술치료。결과통과대본조54례환자수방10~20개월，병근거료효평개적평분표준진행평분기결과위：32례위우점64%，11례위량，점22%，6례위가，점12%，차1례，점2%，우량솔위86%。결론수술치료과관절골절불부능구유효회복과관절공능，병차병발증소，림상효과현저。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of ankle joint fracture operation. Methods In 50 patients with the clinical use of internal ifxation and anatomical reduction operation treatment. Results The 54 patients were followed up for 10~20 months, and score the results according to the scoring criteria for evaluating the curative effect:32 cases were excellent 64%, good in 11 patients, accounted for 22%, 6 cases, accounting for 12%, and poor in 1 cases, accounting for 2%, the excellent and good rate was 86%. Conclusion Not only can effectively restore the function of ankle joint fracture operation treatment of ankle joint, and less complications, clinical effect.
