目的探讨有效抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒（ASOPP）的护理措施。方法积极彻底洗胃，合理、有效地应用解毒剂及复能剂，同时进行密切观察与护理。结果84例急性重度有机磷中毒抢救成功80例，成功率95.24%；死亡4例，死亡率4.76%。结论系统的内科治疗可提高急性重度有机磷中毒患者治愈率，降低死亡率及并发症发生率，严密的病情观察及护理是抢救成功的关键。
목적탐토유효창구급성중도유궤린농약중독（ASOPP）적호리조시。방법적겁철저세위，합리、유효지응용해독제급복능제，동시진행밀절관찰여호리。결과84례급성중도유궤린중독창구성공80례，성공솔95.24%；사망4례，사망솔4.76%。결론계통적내과치료가제고급성중도유궤린중독환자치유솔，강저사망솔급병발증발생솔，엄밀적병정관찰급호리시창구성공적관건。
Objective: To explore the effective treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (ASOPP) nursing measures. Methods: actively complete gastric lavage, rational, effective use of antidotes and complex agent, at the same time, close observation and nursing. Results: 80 cases of successful rescue of 84 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, the success rate was 95.24%; 4 cases died, the mortality was 4.76%. Conclusion: Department of internal medicine treatment system can improve the acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients cure rate, decrease the incidence of mortality and complications, strict observation and nursing is the key to successful rescue.
