为更为全面和准确地对产品创新设计方案进行评价,提出基于质量机能展开的研究框架的设计方案评价模型。该模型整合质量屋、整数规划、全因子实验方案设计和设计方案优选算法等多种方法;然后运用质量屋计算出技术参数决策系数;利用0-1整数规划求出最大化顾客满意度的技术特性组合;运用定量评价算法筛选出设计方案优选序列。并某公司的变速器产品创新设计的实例验证该模型的可行性和有效性。

To comprehensively and accurately evaluate product designs,a model integrating House of Quality(HOQ),in-teger programming and full factorial experimental design was put forward based on Quality Function Deployment(QFD). Then,the coefficients of technological characteristics was calculated by HOQ,and the technological characteristics combi-nation which could maximize customer satisfaction was obtained by integer programming the in the model. Finally,the pre-ferred sequence of product designs was filtered from all possible options by an algorithm. The feasibility of the proposed model was verified by case study.
