目的探讨舒适护理在急性阑尾炎手术室的应用效果。方法112例急性阑尾炎手术治疗的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例，分别采用常规护理和舒适护理。结果对照组的并发症发生率（41.07%）大于治疗组（30.36%），两组差异具有统计学意义；治疗组的手术时间明显小于对照组；治疗组的满意率大于对照组的满意率，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术室舒适护理在急性阑尾炎患应用上取得了良好的效果，具有较好的临床应用推广价值。
목적탐토서괄호리재급성란미염수술실적응용효과。방법112례급성란미염수술치료적환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조각56례，분별채용상규호리화서괄호리。결과대조조적병발증발생솔（41.07%）대우치료조（30.36%），량조차이구유통계학의의；치료조적수술시간명현소우대조조；치료조적만의솔대우대조조적만의솔，량조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론수술실서괄호리재급성란미염환응용상취득료량호적효과，구유교호적림상응용추엄개치。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing care on acute appendicitis in operation room. Methods 112 patients with acute appendicitis operation, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 56 cases in each group, respectively with routine nursing and comfort care. Results The incidence of complications in the control group (41.07%) than the treatment group (30.36%), the difference between the two groups has statistical signiifcance;the operation time of the treatment group was obviously less than that of the control group;the treatment group satisfaction rate than the control group satisfaction rate, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in operation room, has obtained the good effect of acute appendicitis patients, has good clinical application value.
