目的探讨山莨菪碱在输液治疗中的作用。方法选取我院应用山莨菪碱治疗输液反应的患者33例。结果25例注射山莨菪碱后，在10min内解除发冷、寒战，有5例患者20min症状缓解，有2例重症患者20min后重复给药1次，症状缓解。1例外院转来患者因失去最佳抢救时间而死亡。结论山莨菪碱抗胆碱药，可使平滑肌松弛，解除血管平滑肌痉挛，改善微循环，消除组织缺氧，故可在输液反应的早期(寒战期)应用效果良好。
목적탐토산랑탕감재수액치료중적작용。방법선취아원응용산랑탕감치료수액반응적환자33례。결과25례주사산랑탕감후，재10min내해제발랭、한전，유5례환자20min증상완해，유2례중증환자20min후중복급약1차，증상완해。1예외원전래환자인실거최가창구시간이사망。결론산랑탕감항담감약，가사평활기송이，해제혈관평활기경련，개선미순배，소제조직결양，고가재수액반응적조기(한전기)응용효과량호。
Objective To investigate the effect of anisodamine in the transfusion treatment Methods In our hospital in patients with application of anisodamine in the treatment of infusion reaction.
