目的探讨唐氏综合症患儿语言训练的疗效。方法对30例1-10岁唐氏综合症患儿语言训练疗效进行分析。结果所有唐氏综合症患儿的语言及智商均有所改善；年龄<5岁效果显著。结论语言训练能够明显改善唐氏综合症患儿的语言能力及认知能力，早期介入语言训练对唐氏综合症患儿的认知能力尤其是生活质量有很大改善。

Objective To explore the curative effect of language training for patients with Down’s syndrome. Methods The curative effect of language training for 30 cases of 1-10 years old patients with Down’s syndrome has been analyzed. Results The language and intelligence quotient(IQ) of all the Down’s syndrome patients were improved to some extent; the effect of patients younger than 5 years old was remarkable. Conclusion Language training can obviously improve the linguistic and cognitive competences of patients with Down’s syndrome,early intervention of language training has great improvement for Down’s syndrome patients’ cognitive competences,especially the quality of life.
