续灌胃30d后，模型组及各剂量组经口给予50%的乙醇溶液建立大鼠肝损伤模型。16h后断头处死大鼠并检测肝匀浆丙二醛、还原型谷胱甘肽、甘油三酯含量及肝组织病理学变化。结果与模型对照组比较，该中药复方能显著降低肝脏MDA含量，提高GSH含量，减少脂肪滴在肝脏分布的范围和面积。结论该中药复方对大鼠酒精性肝损伤有保护作用。
속관위30d후，모형조급각제량조경구급여50%적을순용액건립대서간손상모형。16h후단두처사대서병검측간균장병이철、환원형곡광감태、감유삼지함량급간조직병이학변화。결과여모형대조조비교，해중약복방능현저강저간장MDA함량，제고GSH함량，감소지방적재간장분포적범위화면적。결론해중약복방대대서주정성간손상유보호작용。
Objective To study the protective effects of the herbs compound on alcohol-induced liver injury in rats. Methods Different doses (2.65、1.33、0.44g/kg) of herbs compound was given to rats for 30 days.Then all the rats except for blank control group were given 50% alcohol to induce liver injury. After 16 hours, all the rats were killed to detect the liver MDA, GSH, TG and pathological observation of liver tissue. Results MDA content was significantly lower than that of the model group, while the GSH content was on the contrast (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The herbs compound can also decrease the fat in liver cell (P<0.01). Conclusion The herbs compound can protect against alcohol-induced liver injury in rats.
