目的探讨心理干预在食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗中的应用效果。方法13例食管静脉曲张病人在内镜下注射硬化剂治疗过程的护理分析。结果13例病人实施了18例次硬化剂治疗，根据疾病特点及病人不同心理特点实施心理干预，在人文关怀下病人能够积极配合，顺利地完成治疗。结论实施心理干预，重视人文关怀。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the sclerotherapy of esophageal varices.
