低温煤焦油含有苯酚、甲酚、二甲酚等几十种多取代苯酚类化合物,提取苯酚类化合物现有两种方法,最常用的酸碱法虽简便,但产生大量废酸、废碱,会污染环境、腐蚀设备等;溶剂萃取法污染较少,但操作复杂,成本增加,并降低剩余煤焦油加氢制燃料的收率。本文介绍了一种低温煤焦油混合酚钠盐的分解新方法,采用由两个双极性膜和一个阳膜为基本单元构成的双极膜电渗析装置,分解混合酚钠盐,生成混合苯酚化合物。可以有效解决传统煤焦油加工技术中大量酸、碱废水的排放,是一项绿色化学工艺技术。
低溫煤焦油含有苯酚、甲酚、二甲酚等幾十種多取代苯酚類化閤物,提取苯酚類化閤物現有兩種方法,最常用的痠堿法雖簡便,但產生大量廢痠、廢堿,會汙染環境、腐蝕設備等;溶劑萃取法汙染較少,但操作複雜,成本增加,併降低剩餘煤焦油加氫製燃料的收率。本文介紹瞭一種低溫煤焦油混閤酚鈉鹽的分解新方法,採用由兩箇雙極性膜和一箇暘膜為基本單元構成的雙極膜電滲析裝置,分解混閤酚鈉鹽,生成混閤苯酚化閤物。可以有效解決傳統煤焦油加工技術中大量痠、堿廢水的排放,是一項綠色化學工藝技術。

Low-temperature coal tar contained dozens of multi -substituted phenolic compounds , such as phenol , cresol, xylenol and so on.There were two methods to extract phenolic compounds from low -temperature coal tar.Acid alkali method was the most commonly used method , although it was simple , but it produced large amounts of waste acid and alkali , and would pollute the environment , rust equipments , etc.The other method solvent extraction had less pollution , but it was complicated to operate , and increased costs and reduce the yield of fuel by hydrogenating of residual coal tar.A new method for decomposing the mixture of sodium phenolates extracted from the low -temperature coal tar was described.Two bipolar membranes and a cationic membrane were employed as a basic unit of the bipolar membrane electrodialyzer , a mixture of phenols was obtained by the decomposition of sodium phenolates.This method was a green chemistry technology , which can provide an effective solution for the large -scale emissions of the acid and alkali waste water from the traditional technology for coal -tar processing.
