目的观察鼻内窥镜下crawford管治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法在门诊治疗的下泪小管阻塞共78例（90眼），在局麻下行crawford管治疗。根据病情平均3-6个月拔管，拔出泪道硅胶管后，泪道冲洗通畅且无症状为治愈；泪道冲洗通畅，但有一定阻力且偶有流泪为好转；泪道冲洗不通畅为无效；拔管两个月以上再次流泪冲洗不通畅为复发。结果术后1周症状、体征完全消失61眼（67.78%）。拔管后，治愈：71眼（78.89%）；好转：7眼（7.78%）；无效：7眼（7.78%）；复发：5眼（5.56%）。结论鼻内窥镜下crawford管置管是一种有效的治疗下泪小管阻塞的办法。

Objective To observe the treatment effectiveness of endoscopic approach crawford tube in lacrimal passages obstruction. Methods The outpatients diagnosed with lacrimal passages obstruction were 78 cases (90 eyes).Al the cases underwent silicone intubation with the crawford lacriamal intubation system during local anesthesia . The tubes were left in place between 3 and 6 months. After the extubation clinical success was defined as lacrimal patency . Clinical improvement was defined as lacrimal patency with some resistence and sometimes tearing. Lacrimal was not smooth immediately after surgery was defined as ineffective . recurrence was defined as lacrimal was not smooth and tearing again 2 months after extabation . Result The symptoms disappeared in 61 eyes(67.78%) one week after surgery. After the extabation the overal successful rate was78.89%(71eyes);the improving rate was 7.78%(7eyes);on the other hand, It was ineffective rate was7.78% ( 7eyes);And the recurrence rate of lower canalicalus obstruction was 5.56%(5eyes).Conclusion Endoscopic approach crawford tube is an effective procedure for the treatment of the lacrimal passages obstruction.
