目的改进中药提取液浓缩设备。方法通过研究蒸发系统的蒸发结构和原理,对浓缩蒸发器的喷射管出口结构、单效及多效循环管路进行重新设计。结果改造后的设备蒸发效率提高,能源消耗降低,更有利于设备清洁维护。结论改造后的设备可用于中药提取液浓缩。

Objective improve on the liquid concentration equipment for Chinese medicine extraction.Methods: Through the study of the structure and the principle of evaporation system,redesign the Jet pipe outlet of concentration evaporator , and redesign the single effect and multi-effect cycle pipeline . Results: Improve equipment efficiency of evaporation after the transformation, reduce energy consumption, more conducive to the equipment cleaning and maintenance.Conclusion: After transformation equipment can be used for liquid concentration and extraction of Chinese medicine.
