目的观察替硝唑盆腔灌注配合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果。方法将我院2009年2月-2012年2月147例患有慢性盆腔炎性疾病的妇女随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组用替硝唑+庆大霉素+地塞米松+α糜蛋白酶盆腔灌注配合微波理疗，对照组用头孢噻肟钠+替硝唑静脉滴注配合微波理疗。对2组治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果观察组治愈率明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论用替硝唑等盆腔灌注配合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病比传统静脉滴注疗效好。

목적관찰체초서분강관주배합미파리료치료만성분강염성질병적림상효과。방법장아원2009년2월-2012년2월147례환유만성분강염성질병적부녀수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조용체초서+경대매소+지새미송+α미단백매분강관주배합미파리료，대조조용두포새우납+체초서정맥적주배합미파리료。대2조치료효과진행대비화분석。결과관찰조치유솔명현고우대조조（P<0.01）。결론용체초서등분강관주배합미파리료치료만성분강염성질병비전통정맥적주료효호。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tinidazole pelvic perfusion combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods In our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012,147 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with tinidazole +gentamicin + dexamethasone +α-chymotrypsin pelvic perfusion combined with microwave therapy,the control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium+tinidazole intravenous infusion combined with microwave therapy,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Curative effect of tinidazole pelvic perfusion combined with microwave therapy for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory is better than that of traditional intravenous infusion.
