目的比较分析在宫颈刮片检查中改用宫颈细胞刷取材与木刮板取材在宫颈癌筛查中的实用性。方法将2468例女职工随机分成试验组1228例、对照组1240例，试验组用宫颈细胞刷取材，对照组用木刮板取材。比较2组宫颈癌筛查标本满意率、阳性细胞检出率及与活检病理结果符合率。结果2组标本满意率比较差异有统计学意义；细胞学阳性率试验组为6.29%，对照组为3.09%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组细胞学异常与阴道镜下活检病理结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论使用宫颈细胞刷取材标本质量较好，可以提高宫颈刮片细胞学检查的阳性率及与活检病理结果符合率，是一种值得推广的宫颈病变筛查取材方法。

Objective To compare the smear examinations between using cytobrush sampling and wooden scraper in screening of cervical cancer. Methods Gaoyou City garment enterprise female workers were randomly divided into the experimental group(1228 cases),the control group(1 240 cases),the experimental group used cytobrush sampling, the control group used wooden scraper, the satisfactory rate of screening specimen, positive rate, positive cell and biopsy results coincidence in two groups was compared. Results The differences between the two groups was significant;cytology positive rate of experimental group was 6.20%, the control group was 3.09%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the cytology and colposcopy biopsy pathological abnormalities in two groups were compared (P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Using a cytobrush sampling specimen quality was good,which improve cervical scraping cytology and biopsy positive rate and coincidence rate, was a low cost method of screening for cervical lesions.
