风管漏风量的大小是检验通风与空调系统工程质量和降低能耗的一项重要指标,现行国家规范中的漏风测试方法的测试装置复杂,操作过程复杂,在施工现场漏风量检测中较难实现。本文提出的Q89型风管漏风测试仪测试法经过工程实测证明具有整台仪器小巧、灵活、检测迅速、方便、精度高等优点,值得在通风空调风管系统漏风量现场检测中推广应用。

The size of the duct leakage quantity is an important indicator of checking the quality of ventilation and air conditioning systems and reducing energy consumption. The duct leakage test method in current national standard has complex test equipment, complicated process of operation, and is difficult to achieve in construction field leakage air volume detection. The proposed Q89 type duct air leakage tester test is proved by practical examples with advantages of small size, flexibility, rapid testing, convenient operation and high accuracy, so it is worth applying in the ventilation and air conditioning duct system leakage air volume field detection.
