目的：探讨甲状腺功能减退症患者体内血清酶变化特点及血清酶检测的临床意义。方法：分别对40例甲状腺功能减退症患者（观察组）及40例健康体检者（对照组）血清酶水平进行检测分析。结果：观察组患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、磷酶激酶（CPK）、羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）分别为（12±3）U/L、（681±54）U/L、（81±15）U/L、（119±6）U/L、（52±11）U/L，对照组分别为（21±11）U/L、（79±26）U/L、（79±14）U/L、（108±4）U/L、（16±8）U/L。观察组ALT、CPK、AST水平均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组HBDH、LDH水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：AST、CPK、ALT三项血清酶指标可作为甲状腺功能检查及诊断的主要依据。
목적：탐토갑상선공능감퇴증환자체내혈청매변화특점급혈청매검측적림상의의。방법：분별대40례갑상선공능감퇴증환자（관찰조）급40례건강체검자（대조조）혈청매수평진행검측분석。결과：관찰조환자혈청병안산전안매（ALT）、린매격매（CPK）、간정산탈경매（HBDH）、유산탈경매（LDH）、천동안산전안매（AST）분별위（12±3）U/L、（681±54）U/L、（81±15）U/L、（119±6）U/L、（52±11）U/L，대조조분별위（21±11）U/L、（79±26）U/L、（79±14）U/L、（108±4）U/L、（16±8）U/L。관찰조ALT、CPK、AST수평균명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），량조HBDH、LDH수평비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：AST、CPK、ALT삼항혈청매지표가작위갑상선공능검사급진단적주요의거。
Objective:To investigate the changes of serum enzyme in hypothyroidism patients detection significance. Method:Serum enzyme level of 40 cases of hypothyroidism patients(observation group)and 40 healthy persons(control group) were detected.Result:Serum ALT,CPK, HBDH,LDH,AST levels of observation group were(12±3)U/L,(681±54)U/L,(81±15)U/L,(119±6)U/L,(52±11)U/L,the average level of control group were respectively(21±11)U/L,(79±26)U/L,(79±14)U/L,(108±4)U/L,(16±8)U/L. The observation group ALT,CPK, AST level was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),there were no significant difference in HBDH,LDH between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The three enzymes of serum AST,CPK,ALT can be used as the basis of thyroid function examination and diagnosis.
