目的：观察国产自体血液回收机在肝脾破裂手术中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2011年5月-2013年4月收治的50例肝脾破裂手术患者的临床资料。结果：所有患者手术后的Hb、Hct、PLT水平较手术前均有所下降，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；50例患者中16例患者应用血液回收机技术顺利完成手术，术中未输异体血发生率32%；34例患者由于具有较大的出血量而输异体红细胞悬液和血浆。总体效果令人满意，所有患者均顺利康复，临床异体血用量也得到了显著的减少。结论：国产自体血液回收机在肝脾破裂手术中的应用效果良好。
목적：관찰국산자체혈액회수궤재간비파렬수술중적응용효과。방법：회고성분석본원2011년5월-2013년4월수치적50례간비파렬수술환자적림상자료。결과：소유환자수술후적Hb、Hct、PLT수평교수술전균유소하강，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；50례환자중16례환자응용혈액회수궤기술순리완성수술，술중미수이체혈발생솔32%；34례환자유우구유교대적출혈량이수이체홍세포현액화혈장。총체효과령인만의，소유환자균순리강복，림상이체혈용량야득도료현저적감소。결론：국산자체혈액회수궤재간비파렬수술중적응용효과량호。
Objective:To observe the application effect of domestic autologous blood recovery machines in the liver and spleen rupture surgery. Method:The clinical data of 50 patients who received ruptured spleen surgery and had been treated in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Hb,Hct,PLT levels of the patients after the operation were decreased than before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);16 cases completed surgery with blood recycling machine technology successfully among the 50 patients,no intraoperative blood transfusion was 32%;34 patients had larger amount of bleeding so had to be imported allogeneic red blood cells and the plasma.The overall effect was satisfactory,and all patients recovered uneventfully,the amount of allogeneic blood usage was also significantly reduced in the clinical. Conclusion:Domestic autologous blood recovery machines has good results in the liver and spleen rupture surgery.
