英文报刊阅读课程是旨在培养高职英语学生阅读英文报纸杂志的能力的一门专业技能类选修课程，是作为英语精读课的补充教学来进行的。通过采用“三段法”的教学模式，以培养学生的英文报刊的阅读能力和合作探究能力，切实推动报刊阅读教学改革。
