目的：探讨聚四氟乙烯膜在复发性泪囊炎手术中的临床疗效。方法：23例（23眼）复发性泪囊炎在鼻腔内窥镜造孔术中使用聚四氟乙烯膜做造孔支撑材料，术后随访3~6个月。结果：17例治愈，治愈率73.9%，4例好转，好转率17.4%，有效率为91.3%。结论：聚四氟乙烯膜做为复发性泪囊炎术中的造孔支撑材料，能有效地提高手术成功率，且患者舒适度好。
목적：탐토취사불을희막재복발성루낭염수술중적림상료효。방법：23례（23안）복발성루낭염재비강내규경조공술중사용취사불을희막주조공지탱재료，술후수방3~6개월。결과：17례치유，치유솔73.9%，4례호전，호전솔17.4%，유효솔위91.3%。결론：취사불을희막주위복발성루낭염술중적조공지탱재료，능유효지제고수술성공솔，차환자서괄도호。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the PTFE membrane surgery in recurrent dacryocystitis. Method:23 cases(23 eyes) with recurrent dacryocystitis in nasal endoscopic pore-forming intraoperative use of PTFE membrane as the supporting material,after the surgery were followed up for 3-6 months. Result:17 cases were cured,the cure rate of 73.9%,4 cases improved,the improvement rate of 17.4%,the effective rate of 91.3%. Conclusion:PTFE membrane as recurrent dacryocystitis intraoperative pore support material,can effectively improve the success rate of surgery, and patient comfort is good.
