目的：探讨贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法：选取2012年3月-2013年4月本院高血压合并冠心病的老年患者78例，随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组各39例，患者在试验前2周停用一切抗高血压药。对照组给予贝那普利治疗，治疗组采用贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，根据患者血压情况调整剂量，患者均持续服药治疗1年。结果：治疗后两组各时间点收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），且治疗后治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片能够显著控制老年高血压合并冠心病患者的血压水平，并有效降低并稳定心率，不良反应小，临床效果显著。
목적：탐토패나보리연합아탁벌타정개편치료노년고혈압합병관심병환자적림상효과。방법：선취2012년3월-2013년4월본원고혈압합병관심병적노년환자78례，수궤분성대조조화치료조，매조각39례，환자재시험전2주정용일절항고혈압약。대조조급여패나보리치료，치료조채용패나보리연합아탁벌타정개편치료，근거환자혈압정황조정제량，환자균지속복약치료1년。결과：치료후량조각시간점수축압화서장압균명현저우치료전，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05），차치료후치료조적림상료효명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：패나보리연합아탁벌타정개편능구현저공제노년고혈압합병관심병환자적혈압수평，병유효강저병은정심솔，불량반응소，림상효과현저。
Objective:To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients with hypertension combined coronary heart disease.Method:Seventy-eight patients who were diagnosed with hypertension combined coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,the treatment group was treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets,adjusted the dosage according to the blood pressure condition,all the patients were taken medicine for one year.Result:Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of each time point in two groups after treatment respectively compared with before treatment,after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients is satisfied.It can control the blood pressure and keep heart rate stable.It has less side effect and remarkable clinical effect.
