以苎麻“中苎一号”为材料,采用盆栽试验,以未种植苎麻的土为对照,设计带根腐线虫土(处理1)、带根系分泌物土(处理2)、连作多年的土(处理3)及消毒处理的土(处理4)四个不同的处理,研究不同连作障碍因子对苎麻的产量性状、丙二醛( MDA)含量及SPAD值的影响。结果表明,不同处理间产量均有所下降,处理1、处理2及处理3的株高、茎粗及单株纤维产量都显著地低于对照;与对照相比,处理1、2、3的MDA含量明显高于对照;二麻时期处理1的SPAD值显著的低于其它处理及对照,其次为处理2、处理3。总之,苎麻主要连作障碍的因子为带根腐线虫、带根系分泌物、连作多年土壤中毒及其微环境的改变等因素, MDA含量升高,显著地降低了苎麻原麻产量。

In order to study the influence of continuous cropping obstacle factors on yield traits , MDA content and SPAD value , with Zhongzhu No.1 as experimental material , 4 pot treatments ( treat-ment 1, soil with root-lesion nematode, treatment 2, soil with root exudates, treatment 3, continuous cropping ramie soil, treatment 4, soil with sterile, contrast, soil with unplanted ramie) were set up.The results showed that the plant height , stem diameter, and yield per plant of treatment 1, 2 and 3 are lower than the contrast , and the yield are declined in different treatments.The content of MDA of treatment 1, 2 and 3 are higher than that of the contrast.The SPAD value of treatment 1 is significantly lower than other treatments and the contrast in the second planting season , followed by treatment 2 and treatment 3.In summary , the main factors of continuous cropping obstacle of ramie are soil with root -lesion nema-tode, soil with root exudates , with poisoning soil at continuous cropping years and its micro environment changes and other factors , which led to higher content of MDA , subsequently reduced fiber yield.
