批判式阅读是一种以培养学生综合语言能力为核心的教学方法。通过对河北省5所高校100余名英语教师的问卷调查和访谈发现:高校英语教师对批判式阅读教学理论和教学策略的认知有待进一步深化;在教学实践过程中仍需要进一步转变教学观念,在拓展学生语言知识的同时兼顾学生批判性思维能力及评析能力的培养。

Critical Reading Teaching is to Cultivate the students' comprehensive language ability as the core of the teaching method. By conducting a survey and an interview of nearly 100 college English teachers from five universities in Hebei Providence, It is shown that college English teach-ers’ cognition of the teaching theory and teaching strategies of critical reading need to be deepened; Furthermore,during the teaching process,college English teachers’ teaching con-cept needs to be altered,and on the basis of the expansion of students language knowledge,they should focus on the cultivation of students’ critical thinking ability as well as their analysis capability.
