南水北调中线工程是解决华北水资源短缺根本途径。南水北调主干线工程完工后,各地的配套工程相继建设施工,该配套工程是否完好,对用水单位的用水效率和用水安全至关重要。针对邢台市输水过程中的安全设计问题进行分析,输水方式采用管道重力流输水和泵站加压或两者并用的输水方式;输水材料除市区供水量较大采用钢筒混凝土管外,其它各供水目标均采用球墨铸铁管。在管道设计中增加安全设施,从材质上保证了管道的运行安全。为供水输水中的安全设计提供参考依据。

ThemiddlerouteoftheSouth-to-NorthWaterTransferProjectisthebasicwaytosolvetheshortageofwaterresourcesinNorthChi-na.Theauxiliaryengineeringineveryregioncametoconstructioninsuccession,afterthecompletionofthemaintrunkprojectoftheSouth-to-NorthWaterTransferProject.Keepingtheauxiliaryengineeringinagoodconditionwasveryimportanttotheefficiencyandsafetyofwater consumptionforthewaterusers.ThispaperanalyzedtheproblemsofsafetydesignintheprocessofwatertransferinXingtaiCity.Gravity-transporting water pipe, booster pump station or both were used in the process of water transfer. The water transfer materials for most water supply targets were ductile iron pipes, except that in the downtown were steel cylinder concrete pipes because of its lager water output. In this papersafetymeasureswereaddedinthechanneldesign,whichcouldinsuretheoperationsecurityofpipesqualitatively,whichcouldprovideref-erences for the safety design of water supply and transfer.
