论文通过建立跨流域联合调水模拟模型,对南水北调东线水量调度进行模拟演算,建立反映系统结构、行为和功能的数学模型,通过计算机对模型进行求解,得到所模拟系统的有关特性,从而找到一条优化配置方法,实现优化调度,改善因缺水而恶化的区域环境,使缺水区域经济得到良性发展,满足人们不断增长的物质文化生活需要。

Simulation draws more and more attention in the management of water resources. Features of the simulation system obtained from computersimulationofmathematicalmodelbasedonthepurposeofthesystemstructure, behaviorandfunctioncanprovidethebasisforsystem prediction and decision-making. It introduces a simulation model of inter-basin joint water transferring to simulate the water regulation, opti-mize scheduling , improve the environment to deteriorate due to lack of water, benignly develop the economy of the zone of the Bohai Sea and the eastern part of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain , taking navigation, flood control , water logging and comprehensive benefits into account.
