以2009年为现状年,对现状用水水平与用水效率进行分析。综合考虑节水影响因素,对邢台市2011年-2015年节水标准与指标进行确定,在此基础上,对不同行业节水量进行分析计算,经计算,2011年-2015年期间邢台市平水年( P=50%)可实现综合节水量为6889万 m3,2016年-2020年平水年( P=50%)可实现节水量为11033万m3。通过对农业、工业和生活三个方面节水潜力分析,生活节水受居民生活水平和生活质量的影响,节水潜力最小;农业节水受经济条件和农作物效益等因素影响,节水潜力缓慢;工业节水采用新的节水技术,经济条件较好,潜力最大。
以2009年為現狀年,對現狀用水水平與用水效率進行分析。綜閤攷慮節水影響因素,對邢檯市2011年-2015年節水標準與指標進行確定,在此基礎上,對不同行業節水量進行分析計算,經計算,2011年-2015年期間邢檯市平水年( P=50%)可實現綜閤節水量為6889萬 m3,2016年-2020年平水年( P=50%)可實現節水量為11033萬m3。通過對農業、工業和生活三箇方麵節水潛力分析,生活節水受居民生活水平和生活質量的影響,節水潛力最小;農業節水受經濟條件和農作物效益等因素影響,節水潛力緩慢;工業節水採用新的節水技術,經濟條件較好,潛力最大。

Thispaperselected2009asthecurrentyear.Thepresentsituationofwaterutilizationlevelandwaterutilizationefficiencyin2009was analyzed.Based on the comprehensive consideration of influencing factors of water conservation,the standards and indexes of water saving in XingtaiCity during2011to2015wereconfirmed.Onthisbasis,thewater-savingamountofdifferentindustrieswasanalyzedandcalculated.Ac-cording to calculation, the integrated water-saving amount of the normal flow years with P was 50% in Xingtai City during 2011 to 2015 could reach to 68. 89 million m3. And the integrated water-saving amount of the normal flow years with P was 50% in Xingtai City during 2016 to 2020couldreachto11.03millionm3.Analysisforagricultural,industrialanddomesticwatersavingpotentialshowedthatdomesticwatersaving amount dependedonthelivingstandardandlivingqualityofresidents,anditswatersavingpotentialwasthelowest;Theagriculturalwater-sav-ing amountdependedoneconomicconditionandagriculturalbenefit,itswatersavingpotentialwasinthemiddle;Theindustrialwatersavingpo-tential was the highest due to the adoption of new water-saving technology and its better economic condition.
