目的解决早产儿体温变化、喂养、呼吸暂停等护理问题.方法对2011年1~12月NICU收治的247例早产儿(观察组)应用循证和实施护理干预，并与2010年同期未实施循证护理的226例早产儿(对照组)进行对比分析.结果观察组体温稳定，喂养不耐受降低，继发感染减少，住院时间缩短，新生儿呼吸暂停及窒息发生率下降均P<0.05.结论循证护理能有效解决早产儿护理中的问题，是科学有效的护理方法.

Purpose: Solve premature babies nursing problem in temperature changes, feeding and apnea. Method:Applied evidence-based and implemented nursing intervention for 247 premature babies(Observation group) which were treated in NICU from January todecember in 2011, and compared and analyzed for 226 premature babies(comparing group) which were not implement nursing intervention in the same period in 2010.Results:the temperature of the babies of observation group was stabile, intolerance of feeding reduced, secondary infection reduced,hospitalized timedecreased, the rate of apnea and asphyxiadecreased which were P<0.05.Conclusion:evidence-based nursing can solve the problems in the premature babies nursing effectively, which is scientific and effective nursing method.
