目的探讨由于烧伤后重度颈部瘢痕挛缩病人手术整复方法的选择及治疗效果是否满意。手术方法对2001年0月至2010年5月共18例烧伤后重度颈部瘢痕挛缩根据瘢痕周围组织及挛缩程度分别在全麻下行颈区软组织扩张皮瓣及带真皮下血管网的全厚皮片进行手术修复成形。结果18例病人无论选用颈区人组织扩张皮瓣修复还是选用真皮下血管网的全厚皮片修复均获得了十分满意的疗效。结论烧伤后颈部重度瘢痕挛缩行颈区扩张皮瓣及带真皮下血管网的全厚皮片修复成形，均是理想的治疗方法。

Purpose:To discusse effect of reconstructive method choice and treatment after severe neck scar contracture from burns. Surgical methods According to tissue around scar and the degree of contracture respectively, we operatede with neck area soft tissue expansion flap or dermal vessels network with All Thick Skin for surgical repair of forming. in general downside to the 18 patients severe neck scar contracture burned from October 2001 to May 2010.Consequence:The choice no matter neck area people flap to repair tissue expansion or leather vascular nets of the All Thick Skin piece of repair in the 18 patients are obtained satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion: Neck area expansion flap and the All Thick Skin with dermal vessels network repair of forming to neck severe scar contracture after burn , all is the ideal treatment
