目的观察通心络胶囊对代谢综合症(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者血液流变学、血脂的影响.方法采用随机抽样方法选择我院经血液流变学化验确诊异常的MS患者164例,分为治疗组82例和对照组82例.两组均给予常规降压、调脂、降血糖、生活干预等治疗,治疗组加服通心络胶囊,12周为1疗程.结果两组患者血液流变学指标及血脂组内治疗前后比较,差异显著(P<0.05)；治疗后两组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05).结论通心络胶囊对MS患者的血液流变学多项指标、血脂有影响,同时可改善患者的临床症状,未发现副作用.

Objective To observe the capsule pass in patients with MS on blood rheology、lipids. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules of MS in patients with a number of indicatorshemorheology and lipids influential and can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, and without side effects.
