目的观察现代电休克治疗(MECT)中通电刺激时间对术后头痛的影响.方法对54例患者进行MECT治疗,共637例次.治疗中采用多功能监护仪进行监测并记录通电刺激时间,治疗完毕48小时内回访,调查头痛的情况,按照通电刺激时间分成2组,A组<3秒,B组>3秒.结果 A组出现头痛的比例与B组的比例有明显的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MECT治疗中通电刺激时间的长短,对术后头痛有明显的影响.

Objective :To observe electricity stimulating time affecting the effenciency of modified electroconvulsive therapy ,thus causing postoperativeheadache . Methods :54 patients meeting the conditions were treated with MECT for 637 times. During the treatment Multi-function monitor will be used to monitor and electricity stimulating time will be recorded . when the treatment is competed, a return visit will be conducted within 48hours and a survey will be made about the postoperativeheadache .two groups will be listed in terms of electricity stimulating time , electricity stimulating time is less than 3 seconds (group A), electricity stimulating time is more than 3 seconds (group B). Results: there are significant differences between group A and group B in terms of the number of people withheadache(P<0.05). Conclusions: electricity stimulating time in the process of MECT treatmenthas a great effects on postoperativeheadache of patients.
