目的通过参加中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所组织开展的对2011年食源性致病菌监测工作的监测技术机构的质量控制考核,验证本实验室的检测能力。方法样品的检验标准按照国家标准食品微生物学检验部分相关章节进行检验。结果样品GX-MJ4菌落总数计数为10CFU,样品GX-ZK4分别符合蜡样芽孢杆菌及单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的生化特性,检出蜡样芽孢杆菌及单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌。结论通过开展实验室间盲样考核工作,对本中心实验室检测技术的提高和证实自身能力具有积极的作用。

Objective Thtough participateing in the B class project, detection testing vibrio parahaemolyticus in food, organized by CNCA to enhance the laboratory's detection level. Methods: Sampleshave tested in accordance with the standards of GB/T 4789.7-2008 and operating instruction, detection of vibrio parahaemolyticus in food(CAN-09-B06). Result: All the test results are satisfactory. In 4 freeze-dried samples, sample 109a and sample 109c are in line with biochemical characteristics of vibrio parahaemolyticus, vibrio parahaemolyticus were identified; whereas in sample 109b and 109d, vibrio parahaemolyticus were not detected. Conclusion: The proficiency testing play an active role in lab’s detection technology to improve and its own ability to comfirmed.
