目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者尿微量白蛋白与骨密度的关系及其相关性.方法随机选取我院T2DM患者203例，测定研究组腰椎(L1-L4)、股骨颈的骨密度，并根据尿微量白蛋白定量设：T2DM正常白蛋白尿组(<30mg/24h)(1组)、T2DM微量白蛋白尿组(30-300mg/24h)(2组)、T2DM大量白蛋白尿组(≥300mg/24h)(3组)，比较不同白蛋白尿组骨密度的差异，将T2DM患者尿白蛋白定量与骨密度作相关性分析.结果 T2DM患者微量白蛋白尿组和大量白蛋白尿组股骨颈的骨密度较正常白蛋白尿组显著降低(p<0.05)，腰椎的骨密度也呈下降趋势(p>0.05).结论糖尿病肾病患者骨密度降低.
목적탐토2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자뇨미량백단백여골밀도적관계급기상관성.방법수궤선취아원T2DM환자203례，측정연구조요추(L1-L4)、고골경적골밀도，병근거뇨미량백단백정량설：T2DM정상백단백뇨조(<30mg/24h)(1조)、T2DM미량백단백뇨조(30-300mg/24h)(2조)、T2DM대량백단백뇨조(≥300mg/24h)(3조)，비교불동백단백뇨조골밀도적차이，장T2DM환자뇨백단백정량여골밀도작상관성분석.결과 T2DM환자미량백단백뇨조화대량백단백뇨조고골경적골밀도교정상백단백뇨조현저강저(p<0.05)，요추적골밀도야정하강추세(p>0.05).결론당뇨병신병환자골밀도강저.
Objective:To investigate the relationship between albuminuria and bone mineral density in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to analysis the related factors. Methods: we detected the bone mineral densities(BMD) of lumber spines (L1-L4) and femoral neck of 203 patients who were selected at random. According to the albuminuria, the patients were divided into three groups: normal albuminuria group(<30mg/24h), micro-albuminuria group(30-300 mg/24h), macro-albuminuria group(≥300mg/24h), compared the difference of different albuminuria group, and albuminuria were correlated with BMD. Results: The BMD of femoral neck in group of micro-albuminuria and macro-albuminuria were much lower than that in group of normal albuminuria(p<0.05), the BMD of lumber spines(L1-L4) were also decreased (p>0.05). Conclusion :the BMD of diabetic nephropathy is decreased.
