以天然药物提取获得的能刺激下丘-垂体-肾上腺轴(PHAA)增强免疫功能、调节神经内分泌的有效活性物质,配制成复方制剂—驱洛宁,与美沙酮对照,进行人体毒瘾戒断效果和临床化学研究.结果表明：驱洛宁组戒断综合征量化比分(OWS)衰减值为90.4%,对照组为46.4%；驱洛宁组OWS呈规律性下降,对照组在后期出现反弹趋势,药后22天,驱洛宁组血浆β-内啡肽(β-End)水平由药前8.17±1.79pMol·L﹣1上升至16.85±5.72pMol·L﹣1并呈规律性的恢复,对照组β-End,维持药前水平,证明驱洛宁可以促进体内正常内源性阿片肽水平的恢复,可能在康复期发挥较好的作用.
