目的探讨经右前外侧切口行风湿性心脏病人心内直视二尖瓣置换手术后在综合ICU的护理特点。方法所有病人术后均转入综合ICU病房,给予及时有针对性的观察和加强护理。结果36例风湿性心脏病患者(男5,女31)经右前外切口行心脏直视二尖瓣置换术。其中3例为心脏再次手术,33例患者为首次心脏手术。本组患者术后恢复良好,随访2~12个月未发现与前外侧切口有关的特殊并发症。结论右前外侧切口具有暴露好、操作方便、损伤小和美容等优点,尤其适合再次心脏手术患者和女性患者；所有患者经过在ICU期间的加强观察和护理,均可恢复良好,无相关并发症发生。
