目的分析重症手足口病伴有神经系统并发症的临床特征，探讨有效方法，阻断其向危重型发展。方法对重症手足口病并有神经系统并发症286例进行回顾性分析。结果有神经系统症状的手足口病与重症手足口病发病一般状况无显著差异，而发热、白细胞计数、心肌酶学、血糖升高程度与病情轻重有关，皮疹消退与病情进展不成正比。结论有神经系统症状的手足口病病情严重，关注嗜睡、惊厥、易激惹等早期神经系统表现，尽早干预治疗，可望减少神经系统后遗症及病死率。
목적분석중증수족구병반유신경계통병발증적림상특정，탐토유효방법，조단기향위중형발전。방법대중증수족구병병유신경계통병발증286례진행회고성분석。결과유신경계통증상적수족구병여중증수족구병발병일반상황무현저차이，이발열、백세포계수、심기매학、혈당승고정도여병정경중유관，피진소퇴여병정진전불성정비。결론유신경계통증상적수족구병병정엄중，관주기수、량궐、역격야등조기신경계통표현，진조간예치료，가망감소신경계통후유증급병사솔。
Objective: To analyze Clinical characteristic of 286 cases of severe hand,foot,and mouth disease with neurogenic symptoms and explore the effective method of preventing critical HFMD. Methods: the clinical data of 286 cases of severe HFMD with neurogenic symptoms were analyzed retrospectively.Results: No statistic significance of general information was found between the group of severe hand,foot,and mouth disease with neurogenic symptoms and the group of severe hand,foot,and mouth disease,but the fever,white blood count,myocardial enzyme and serum glucose is related to the seriousness of HFMD.Conclusion:The HFMD cases with neurogenic symptoms is seriouse,Intersive care should applied to the HFMD cases with neurogenic symptoms as lethargy, seizures and limb trembling. it's important to improve the success rate and reduce the mortality of rescue.
