目的通过优质护理服务,落实以病人为中心的服务理念,改善护患关系,提高满意度.方法采用引领、介绍、宣教、沟通、咨询、回访等方式,使病人感受到被尊重,被关爱.结果优质护理服务,满足了广大病人的需求,让病人感觉到医护人员的真诚服务而满意.改善了护患关系,提高了护理服务品质,满意度达97.28%.

Objective Through thehigh-quality nursing services, carring out the patient forfor care as the service concept to improve the relationship with the patients and the satisfaction. Method Adopting the guide, introduction, propaganda and education, communication, cousultation, pays a return vist ect way, make the patients feel respected and loved. Resultshigh quality nursing services meet the needs of patient, let patients feel of the medical staffs’sincere service and satisfaction. It’s improving the relationship and the quality of nursing service. Patients’ satisfaction is up to 95%.
