目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病的临床治疗.方法采用回顾分析法,选取2009年3月~2011年12月期间的妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病患者50例,分析其临床治疗的资料、方法及结果.结果50例患者中,行剖宫产术终止妊娠34例,行产钳助产9例,行刨宫产术7例；共分娩新生儿58例,其中57例存活,1例死亡,围生儿病死率为1.72%；发生新生儿窒息11例,其中重度窒息4例,轻度窒息7例；50例孕妇全部存活.结论对于妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病,根据患者的实际病情及体征进行对症治疗是关键.

Objective: To investigate the gestational hypertension heart disease in clinical treatment. Methods:the retrospective analysis from 2009March to 2012March, during the gestational hypertension disease in 50 patients with heart diseases, to analyze its clinical treatment data, method and results. Results: in 50 cases, cesarean section in34 cases of pregnancy termination, line of forceps delivery in 9 cases,7 cases of cesarean section line plane; a total of58 cases of neonates, including 57 cases of survival,1 patients died, the perinatal mortality rate was 1.72%; in 11 cases in which the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia, severe asphyxia in 4cases, mild asphyxia in 7 cases;50cases of pregnant women survived. Conclusion: for pregnancy induced hypertension heart disease, according to the actual conditions and symptoms of patients with symptomatic treatment is the key.
