目的介绍医院手术室的建立筹备工作及在医院整体搬迁过程中手术室的搬迁协调实施过程。方法有计划的购置设备、器械、物品和对新手术室空气净化系统运行效果的监测，做好新手术室的投入使用是搬迁工作顺利进行的前提保证。在科主任、护士长的组织统筹下，设有设备组、药品组、物品耗材组及文件杂物组对手术室设备和物品进行分组整理，有计划地做好人、财、物的安排。结果手术室搬迁与临床术科同步进行，减少对住院患者手术治疗的影响，搬迁仪器设备损坏率为零，新手术室的建立投入使用各方面运作正常。结论在兼顾安全和效益的医院总体搬迁方案的指导下，科主任、护士长主动与相关部门领导沟通协调搬迁细节，加强对贵重仪器设备的运载保护，有效地保障了医院的经济财产。
