目的探讨生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)感染对药物流产后持续性阴道流血的影响.方法应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)扩增检测105例早孕药物流产后阴道流血的患者宫颈分泌物中CT、UU的DNA片段(观察组)，并以105例正常早孕药物流产妇女对照(对照组).结果观察组中生殖道CT、UU感染率分别为22.9%、26.7%，其中CT、UU合并感染率为10.5%.对照组中生殖道CT、UU感染率分别为7.6%、9.5%，其中CT、UU合并感染率为3.8%.两组感染率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 CT、UU感染不利于药物流产后子宫收缩，可致孕囊及部分蜕膜剥离不完全，从而引起阴道流血时间长，流血量多.这种感染可能是药流后持续性阴道流血的重要原因之一.

Objective To study correlation between the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and conti-uous vaginal blleding after medical abortion.Methods 105 early pregnancy patients performed medical abortion were detected for CT and UU DNA in their cervical excretion by method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The same amount of medical abortion cases without continuous vaginal bleeding were selected as controls. Result The positive rates of vaginal infection of CT、UU was 22.9%and26.7%,and the positive rates of CT and UU cointection was 10.5% in the research group,and that of the control group was 7.6%,9.5% and 3.8% respectively.The conterpart rates of the two groups had significant difference by statistic(p<0.01).Conclusion The vaginal infection of CT、UU had a negative effect on uterinc contraction,resulting in incomplete denudation of conceptuses and continuous bleeding,so those kinds of infection may played an important role in that phenomena.
