目的了解郑州市食品从业人员和公共场所从业人员甲型病毒性肝炎(简称甲肝)、戊型病毒性肝炎(简称戊肝)感染情况.方法干式生化法检测谷丙转氨酶，用酶联(ELISA)法检测甲肝、戊肝IgM.结果2011年我们对郑州市食品从业人员和公共场所从业人员进行了谷丙转氨酶(ALT)测定，共检测从业人员31805人次，谷丙转氨酶大于40U/L的1807人次，谷丙转氨酶阳性率5.68%.共检出甲肝IgM阳性1份，阳性率0.031‰戊肝IgM阳性1份，阳性率0.031‰.结论郑州市从业人员健康体检中检出甲肝和戊肝阳性，虽无任何临床症状，但从事食品、公共场所工作，对公众人群仍有危害，所以健康体检中甲肝、戊肝检测显得尤为重要.

Objective To understand the infection situation of hepatitis A, hepatitis E of food practitioners and public places employees in Zhengzhou. Methods Alanine aminotransferase was detected by dry biochemical method . Hepatitis A, hepatitis E of IgM was detected by enzyme-linked (ELISA). Results we determinated the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels ofpractitioners of Zhengzhou ,and the total number we have determined during the year was 31805,in which the number of hepatitis A IgM positive was 1, and the positive rate is 0.031‰. And the number of hepatitis A IgM positive was 1, and the positive rate of 0.031‰. And the number of people who had the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels above 40U / L was 1807,and the alanine aminotransferase positive rate of 5.68%. Of all the 1807 of HAV of IgM wehave determined , the number of hepatitis A IgM positive was 1, and the positive rate of 0.55‰. And of all the 1807 of HEV of IgM wehave determined , the number of hepatitis E IgM positive was 1, and the positive rate of 0.55‰.[Conclusion] The hepatitis A and hepatitis E positive rate of practitioners of Zhengzhou is low, but without any clinical symptoms, so in healthy examination, the detection of hepatitis A and hepatitis E is even more important.
